It was a great experience, if a little surprising. Our official labour time was 24 minutes - and no noticeable transition at all (huzzah!)
We also went for a physiological third stage - I'm pleased we did - if nothing else it gave me time to rest and have more skin-to-skin time with Samuel whilst we waited.
