Fertility Infertility & IVF

The mind has enormous power over the body, which is constantly influenced by our emotions, thoughts and beliefs.

There is a wealth of research showing that hormone levels, ovulation and other reproductive factors may well be affected by what is going on in your mind.

By consulting a specialist hypnotherapist and psychotherapist you can maximise the chances of natural or assisted conception such as IVF and of maintaining a healthy pregnancy.

Parenting styles & family relationships

As parents we have all been children ourselves and as such the good news is that we are already experts as to a child needs if we just follow our instinct….yes the child that you may be raising currently, but also the child inside of you that may also still need these things as he or she didn’t receive them in the first place! So we always need to be aware, as parents, that somewhere in the background, we may be need to parent our own inner child too. We are here to provide you with the best advice as parents to nurture healthy family relationships moving forward.
